| Matrix Real Estate Services appointed Program Manager for new Charlotte School of Law Campus The $20 million law school is the first phase of a $250 million plan to build up to 1 million square feet of buildings and 2,000 residences over the next six to 10 years in the 40-acre Bryant Park development. The building shell has been designed by LS3P Associates, Ltd., with upfit by ai Design Group. JF Schultze Construction is the general contractor on the project. Matrix Real Estate Services has been engaged to provide Program Management Services for Charlotte School of Law on the development of their new campus in Charlotte, North Carolina. Matrix will oversee the design and construction of the 102,000 SF building that will include classrooms, offices, clinics, meeting space, a law library and a moot court. The school will accommodate 800 students.
