This 100,000 SF Medical Office Building will be the first development of a 60-acre master plan for the St Francis Millenium Campus in Greenville. VA. Building and upfits include Diagnostics Imaging, Lab, MD VIP spaces, Cardiovascular Rehab, Community Education, Sleep Lab, Wound Care and Pharmacy. The campus will incorporate a satellite hospital, structured parking and medical office buildings. The project contractor is Brasfield and Gorrie; architect is Freeman White, Inc.
