| Matrix Real Estate Services appointed Program Manager for Charlotte School of Law Campus Expansion The $2.6MM expansion will include 9 additional state of the art classrooms, offices, a digital media recording center, Adjunct space, student organizational space, as well as classroom breakout areas. The largest classroom, which has the capacity to seat 185 students, will include a movable partition that will allow the space to be divided into 2 smaller classrooms as needed. These additional classrooms will increase student seating capacity from 628 to 1224, an increase of 596 seats.
