| Matrix Real Estate Services served as Program Manager for State of Franklin Healthcare Associates new Medical Office Building The 125,000 SF 2–story medical office building is the first step in the development of a 14-acre heath care campus for State of Franklin Healthcare. The medical office building will provide primary care functions such as Internal Medicine, OBGYN, Family Medicine and Pediatrics. The building will also house a 20,000 SF Outpatient Diagnostic Center with advanced diagnostic imaging consisting of 3-Telsa MRI, 64 slice CT scanner, Digital X-ray and ultrasound capabilities rooms.
