Plumbing Distribution - 120,000 SF Distribution Warehouse
Description:
Hughes Supply needed 100,000 square feet of distribution warehouse. The financing structure needed to be such that Hughes would benefit from a long term lease in order to minimize the cost and balance sheet impact. A 30' Clear Height warehouse with 6,000 square feet of regional office space was constructed. Load bearing Tilt-Wall with structural steel was utilized on a 6 inch slab-on-grade and accommodated 15 dock high loading doors with cross-dock expansion capabilities. Completed in 8 months, a 2% cost savings was achieved.
