State of the art Medical Office Building providing an ambulatory surgery center, a sports rehabilitation center, a diagnostic imaging center and medical offices.
Description:
The 80,000 square-foot medical office building is the first step in the development of a 13-acre heath care campus in Virginia Beach. The medical office building will provide primary care, women's care and specialty care, including orthopedics, plastic surgery and podiatry. The building will also house an ambulatory surgery center with two operating rooms and one procedure room, a 7,000 square-foot rehabilitation and human performance program and an advanced diagnostic imaging center with CT, X-ray and ultrasound capabilities.
