Project Update 4/1/08:

The building’s exterior skin is rapidly being completed. Exterior precast will be complete by the first week in April and completion of the window and glass installation is following close. Drywall has started on the 1st and 2nd floors. The site work is swinging into high gear with utility work starting next week and mass grading the first week in April.

Description:
The Charlotte School of Law will be relocating to a new campus in the Fall of 2008. The 102,000 SF building includes classrooms, offices, clinics, meeting space. A law library and a moot court. The school will accommodate 800 students. Scheduled for completion in mid August 2008, the Charlotte School of Law will top out its steel frame in late February.
