Project Details: Commodities Trading Floor – 500 Brokers

Description: The project commenced with a master plan exercise for Dominion Resources’ Tredegar Street property in downtown Richmond, VA. While a highly desirable location, at approximately 250 feet wide with a single point of egress, this property afforded little or no access. It was further constrained by the banks of the James River and, a retaining wall supporting one the busiest north-south railways on the East Coast. Additionally the zoning was not contiguous and had to be resolved as part of the planning.
